リクルート出身の人から聞いた話で面白かったのが、リクルートが住宅情報を出した時の最大の功績は、「住宅情報」が住宅の評価基準を決めてしまった事にあるという面白い話がある。あらゆる住宅が、みんながおなじみの「駅からの距離」や「部屋の広さ」などというスペックを固定して評価基準を序列化してしまった。

もし、ここに「眺望の良さ」が数値化されていたら、部屋の選択の序列は全く違っていたのではないか？、と言う話だった。

階数・標高・周辺の建物の高さ・山、海、観光拠点の有無　とかから総合点で点数をつける、みたいな。富裕層向けの物件に設けたら面白い基準かもね
